Operations volunteering
Keep the masjid running day to day — facilities, events setup, rentals support, parking, and logistics.
The Operations committee is the hands-on team behind events, facility use, and everyday masjid operations. This is separate from Religious programming: Operations focuses on physical logistics, safety, and coordination with staff and vendors.
Volunteers may help with event setup and breakdown, parking, cleaning, supply runs, signage, and supporting facility reservations — including coordination around the Big Hall and other spaces.

How you can help
Events & setup
Chairs, tables, sound checks, entry flow, and teardown for community events and fundraisers.
Facilities & rentals
Support for premises use, walkthroughs, and on-site needs when groups reserve EIC space.
Day-to-day operations
Supplies, minor maintenance requests, parking, and other practical tasks that keep programs on schedule.
